While Rose and I were in Tahoe, I thought it would be cool to do a session for my parents. The cabin we stay at runs along the Truckee river which made for a cool spot to take photos. Rose was my trusty assistant for their quick session and she did an amazing job!! :) Here are my parents by the cabin..

The day after their wedding we met Beth and Joe at Edgewood Golf Course for day after shoot! Rose and I both love shooting day after sessions. Here is their shadow shot...

Beth + Joe's Wedding

Rose and I made our way up to South Lake Tahoe on August 2nd to shoot Beth and Joe's wedding. It was almost a year since we shot their engagement session so we were both eager for their wedding day. Once we stopped and rested a little at the cabin, we made our way to The Ridge where everything took place. Beth did an amazing job decorating and coming up with ideas for her theme. This was one of the most uniquely decorated weddings I've been to and I absolutely loved it! Here we have her pink shoes with her dress with a pink ribbon.

Theme: Black, White, and Pink!

This Little Piggy.....

I photographed the Dixon Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Havlin Farms on August 7. In addition to raising cattle they also raise pigs and happened to have a week old litter when we were there. I thought I caught some pretty cute photos of the little guys.



This photo is of a litter that is about one month old. A couple of piglets from this group actually came to our Chamber mixer in July. Only in Dixon....

David Jay Seminar in SFO

Ryan and I headed to San Francisco on Monday evening to hear David Jay and Jasmine Star speak. They had a pretty cool tour bus so we had to grab a shot Ryan with the bus.

Theresa is a teacher so all of her students are going to have to get used to calling her Mrs. instead of Ms. :)



I've never heard of a title for these kind of photos until Theresa and Jose's wedding. 'The Time of Your Life' poses were fun and everyone was laughing. Here's one out of the many poses the guys did.


The guys were having too much fun doing 'Time of Your Life' the girls had to get in on the fun.
