Spencer Kurowski took his mom and dad to the park on April 28 for a family portrait session that we have been trying to schedule for about two months. No more delays for weather, as you can tell it was a beautiful day. You'll see several pictures of Spencer with his current fascination, dandelions. I photographed Jake Carrier's senior portraits at Lake Tahoe and Truckee on April 23. 2006. What a nice trip, I had a lot of fun. Jake was really involved in the planning for his portraits and had lots of great ideas. Congratulations on your graduation!

I photographed Wade Schroeder for his first birthday earlier this month. He sure has grown since the last time we worked together. I put together a collage of images including Wade's father and sister, Kate. Kate and Wade both liked playing around with their daddy's turnouts.

Kaylee Bartlett is almost two months. She has sure grown a lot in the past few weeks. She is already rolling over onto to her tummy from her back.

Lunch in Venice, dinner in Paris. Well, in Vegas that is. I am currently attending the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) annual convention and tradeshow. I'll be participating in classes with great photographers and making friends from all over the world for the next week. I will be back with new products and ideas to share with my clients.

Tom and Mary had their engagement session on March 26 at the Nut Tree Airport. They own a plane and spend some of their leisure time in the sky. I can understand why after Tom took us for a quick ride over Dixon. What fun! I even managed to photograph my house from the plane.

Rebecca and Kris' wedding was on Saturday, March 25. The ceremony took place at the Chapel on Mare Island. It was very quaint and beatiful. The reception was at Rancho Solano Country Club. Rebecca and Kris were really a lot of fun to work with - they were willing to actually go out onto the golf course by the pond for some photos and slop through all the wet grass. Edward Lee celebrated his first birthday with a party on March 18, 2006. I don't know if he could fully appreciate the wonderful food provided by Lynn's Entrees & Catering of Suisun City, but he sure enjoyed the cake! His aunt Megan and uncle Dave, along with his parents put together a wonderful party and I really enjoyed being a part of the celebration. View Edward's slideshow here.

Spencer Kurowski just turned 18 months. I have been photographing Spencer since before he was born. He is quite the active little man now, not wanting to still for anything, except maybe long enough to pop a fruitsnack into his mouth. I put together a couple of collages from our session last week. I think this is the cutest pic I have ever taken of a flower girl at a wedding - and that's hard to say because kids are so awesome at these types of functions. My friends, Rebecca and Jason, were married today at the clubhouse at Woodcreek Golf Club. We captured some incredible images which will be posted soon. In the meantime, I just couldn't resist getting this one on here.

Lauren Stefanelli celebrated her 4th birthday on February 25 with a pony party. All the kids (and the adults) had a great time. Besides the princess dress, which she received as a present, guess what else she wanted for her birthday? Check out all the fun.

I haven't had the opportunity to much work outside recently because we have had a ton of rainy days. But I had the chance to photograph Kaylee in the studio on March 5. She was 17 days old. Here's a photo with Kaylee and her daddy, Bobby.

Happy Birthday Bailey! Bailey celebrated her first birthday on January 14, 2006. We photographed her session on February 11. We also documented this special occasion on video which will be released shortly.

Arianna and I went to the Davis Arboretum for her senior portrait session on February 20. I couldn't keep the girl out of the trees, but it made for some great photos. Here's Ari's slideshow.
